Job summary

Beacon Hill Life Sciences is seeking a Formulation Chemist to support product development and innovation within a dynamic R&D environment. You will design, improve, and evaluate formulated products across liquids, aerosols, or solid formats, and work with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Responsibilities include developing formulations, performing GLP-compliant tests, analyzing results, and preparing technical reports to guide decisions and product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years in product development, formulation, or applied laboratory work.
• Experience with formulated products in consumer goods, coatings, personal care or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product formulations to meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support new product initiatives through experimentation, iteration, and technical input.
• Evaluate and enhance existing products to improve performance, cost, or manufacturability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move products from concept through commercialization.
