Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services offers a 12-month Formulary Solutions Pharmacy Resident program focusing on formulary strategy, development, and operational excellence with longitudinal rotations and enterprise-wide opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Saint Louis, MO; Bloomington, MN; Morris Plains, NJ, with in-person expectation >50% weekly; virtual option for non-local candidates. Eligible for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 4th year (Graduation year) or PharmD. degree from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Pharmacy Licensure in any US State (within 90 days of residency start)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in written and verbal communications
• Strong career interest in Managed Care pharmacy
