• Calculates volumes and additives based on recipes.
• Maintains stock in preparation area, nourishment area, and pump rooms.
• Stores formula and breast milk using first in, first out method.
• Processes orders in the electronic medical record system, prints reports and labels.
• Tracks breast milk and updates milk recipe book and kardex.
• Charges patient for preparation services via the medical record system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary

Most new hires start between $16.30-$20.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Calculates volumes and additives based on recipes.
• Maintains adequate stock of products in preparation area, unit nourishment area, and pump rooms.
• Stores formula & breast milk using first in and first out method.
• Processes orders utilizing electronic medical record system; this includes printing reports to ensure accuracy of order preparation, & printing labels for all prepared milk.
• Tracks breast milk updating milk recipe book and kardex according to latest orders.
• Charges patient for preparation services utilizing the electronic medical record process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
