Job summary

KL Outdoor in Muskegon, MI is seeking qualified applicants to join our manufacturing team as a supervisor responsible for directing staff, coordinating production plans, and ensuring efficient shift operations.

You will lead by example, enforce policies, monitor safety and quality, and coach employees to improve performance while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Maintains staff by monitoring orientation and training of employees, developing personal growth opportunities
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling and sorting production performance records and data
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, creating/revising systems, and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, and budgetary and personnel requirements
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources
• Leads by example and corrective action for compliance with established policies and procedures
