Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Trenton, TN is seeking an Operator 1 - Forming to operate assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure produced items meet quality standards and follow safety policies.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, basic math and communication skills, and can read blueprints when needed. This is a full-time position offering steady work at our Trenton facility.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints when applicable.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
• Perform moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
• Read and interpret blue prints if applicable.
• Use moderately advanced measuring instruments.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
