Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Forming Operator to join our Forming Department and run automated high‑speed production equipment in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will perform frequent material changes, feed raw materials, and monitor product quality while adhering to GMP and safety protocols. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfort working with automated systems and digital control interfaces.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, plus basic calculation skills for production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform product item, raw material, and roll changes to maintain continuous production flow.
• Feed raw materials into forming machinery during runs to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular visual and physical quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic machine adjustments.
• Identify mechanical issues, clear jams, and adjust settings to resolve line disruptions.
