Job summary

Inova Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join the Forming Team Operator on a direct hire basis. You will work with large-scale press brakes and rolling equipment to form heavy steel components for industrial and defense projects, reading blueprints and specifications.

The role offers starting pay of $22–$25 per hour with 2nd shift options (Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am, +$2.00 premium) and a weekend 1st shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm, 36 hours paid as 40) with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Basic math and fractions proficiency.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16”).
• Interest in learning blueprint reading.
• Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Comfortable in hot summers and cooler winters.
• Overhead cranes moving material (not manual lifting).
• Experience with press brake/CNC or metal fabrication is a plus.
