Job summary

Lindar is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Operator to support cut-sheet thermoforming production in our Baxter, MN facility. The role runs Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with starting pay $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

You will operate thermoforming machines, load materials, and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include maintaining production paperwork, trimming and deburring, setting machine parameters, and keeping a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Forklift operation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate all cut-sheet thermoforming machines, loading material and removing product.
• Perform trimming and deburring as secondary operations.
• Maintain production paperwork and manage scrap levels daily.
• Set machine parameters and insert molds per the Operations Sheet.
• Ensure quality of final product and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and multitask as needed.

Description

MONDAY -FRIDAY 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Starting Wage: $20.00 to $24.00

To operate all cut-sheet equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operates all cut-sheet thermoforming machines, which includes loading material into the machine and removing the product.
• Performs all necessary secondary operation tasks, such as trimming and deburring.
• Maintains accurate production paperwork and manages scrap and scrap levels on a daily basis.
• Sets machine parameters and inserts molds into cut-sheet machines in accordance with the Operations Sheet at the beginning of each production run.
• Responsible for the quality of the final product being produced.
• Performs minor troubleshooting of machines and processes as needed.
• Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
