Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods is hiring a Formax Operator for the 1st shift at the Fort Smith, AR plant. You will set up and tear down the workstation and line, move leftovers to the formax, load leftovers into the formax, and assist the formax team while keeping the area safe and sanitary.

The role pays $16.25 per hour with a $1/hour weekly attendance incentive, 30‑ and 90‑day wage increases, a 30‑day shadowing and mentorship program, and comprehensive benefits (401K, medical, dental, vision) plus six paid

• Production worker must stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 25-40 pounds.

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Moves totes of left over product to formax.
• Loads left over product into formax.
• Assists formax team with shovel or fork.
• Moves metal bins between areas and maintains a clean, safe workspace.

Dept. 403 - Formax Operator

Pay Rate:$16.25 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required;
• Moves totes of left over product to formax;
• Loads left over product into formax;
• Assists product in formax with shovel or fork;
• Moves metal bins from formex to next area and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS.
