Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Formation Associate to support Clarios, LLC in Fort Wayne. This full-time role involves moving batteries, operating filling equipment, and inspecting quality in a fast-paced battery manufacturing facility.

The position requires a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule, overtime as needed, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A temp-to-hire path and exposure to heat and noise are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Move batteries from pallets onto conveyors to maintain production flow.

• Use manual OCV meters to verify battery quality and specs.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations following 5S standards.

Job description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Formation Associate to work with Clarios, LLC in Fort Wayne. This role is based in a fast-paced battery manufacturing facility, where you will play a key part in maintaining production flow and ensuring product quality.

Shift Patterns:

• Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, including every other weekend.
• 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed.

Pay Rates:

• 22.27 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Formation Associate:

• Are you able to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and overtime as needed?
• Are you able to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift?
• Do you have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial environment?
• Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment?
• Do you have basic computer skills and feel comfortable entering production information into a computer system?

Desirable requirements for Formation Associate:

• Experience with conveyors, production machinery, quality inspections, or production tracking.
• High school diploma or GED.

Role for Formation Associate:
