The Walsh Group is seeking a Form Setter for the GDOT SR 316 project in Athens, GA. The role involves fitting, aligning, and setting metal or wood forms for concrete, and preparing lines for slip forms.

You will work across multiple divisions nationwide and have access to industry-leading training. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of verifiable form setting experience, the ability to climb ladders or scaffolds, and a strong safety mindset.

Competenze

• 3–5 years verifiable experience in form setting or carpentry.
• Ability to climb and balance on scaffolds/ladders.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety policies and teamwork.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Measure distance and mark guidelines on surfaces for form placement.
• Set forms using power tools, hand tools, and fastening devices.
• Assist with installation of other structures as needed.
