PDS Tech Commercial is hiring experienced Form Carpenters for hands-on projects in Lithia, FL. You will build and install concrete forms, verify layouts, and work with rebar on scaffolded sites, following strict safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have form or structural carpentry experience, proficient use of hand and power tools, and the ability to read measurements. Expect outdoor, high-work, and potential travel up to 50% with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous form or structural carpentry experience (not entry level).
• Experience with construction hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately.
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and performing physically demanding work.
• OSHA 10 certification before or upon start.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and install concrete forms and chutes
• Verify layouts using levels, lasers, and surveying equipment
• Assemble and tie rebar
• Measure, cut, and install materials with precision
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Support concrete placement and finishing as needed
• Work on scaffolds and elevated structures while following all safety requirements
