Skillforce in De Pere, WI is hiring experienced Carpenters for ongoing projects. You will erect structural steel and PEMB, perform bolt-up, and install metal siding and roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Erect and assemble structural steel and PEMB building systems.
• Set and connect columns, beams, rafters, girts, and purlins.
• Perform bolt-up and structural steel connections.
• Install metal wall panels, roofing, siding, insulation, and trim.
• Assist with rigging, signaling, and setting steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans.
• Measure, layout, plumb, level, and align structural components.
• Operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment as qualified.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow fall-protection and jobsite safety requirements.

As a Carpenter, your primary responsibilities will include erecting structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), performing bolt-up, and installing metal siding and roofing systems. This is long-term, steady work paying $25–$35/hour based on skill set and experience. If you have 2+ years of carpentry, steel erection, ironwork, PEMB, or structural steel experience,
