Austin Bridge & Road in Farmers Branch, TX seeks a Form Builder/Structures to build and set forms on active construction sites. This role requires adherence to safety policies, ability to operate power tools, and flexibility to work days, nights or weekends to meet project needs.

Responsibilities include planning forms, setting forms on line and grade, assisting with concrete placement and finishing, managing form finishing tools, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Work hours adjusted to meet the project’s needs; days, nights and weekends

The form setter / builder is responsible for building and setting forms.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and plan specifications
• Set forms on line and grade
• Understand proper safe use of power tools
• Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats
