Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Forktruck Drivers, Machine Operators, and Infeed Operators located in Shippenville, PA. Team members will safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products, load and unload trucks, and maintain organized staging and storage areas. Machine Operators will run and monitor production equipment, perform basic adjustments, and complete routine checks to ensure product quality and consistent output. Infeed Operators will manage material flow into machinery, perform visual inspections, and coordinate with other operators to maintain efficient production lines. All team members are expected to follow safety procedures, complete required documentation, communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, and support continuous improvement efforts on the manufacturing floor.
