Job summary

Highline Warren Distribution is seeking Electric Pallet Jack Operators, Reach Truck Drivers, and Cherry Picker Operators in Memphis, TN. New hires may receive a sign-on incentive and daily pay options. Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks and perform basic material handling tasks.

The role requires distribution experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of distribution experience or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (electric pallet jack, forklift, reach lift)
• Pull, process, and inspect materials, supplies, tools, fixtures, and parts
• Handle shipping, pulling orders, and complete required paperwork
• Move materials within the warehouse and assist other activities as directed
• Move freight and stock to staging and processing areas
• Monitor machinery to ensure product meets specs and report quality issues
• Maintain clean work area and equipment
• Identify cost-saving or productivity-improving opportunities
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE
• Demonstrate punctual attendance at the work location
