Job summary

Arvato is seeking skilled Material Handlers to operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up reach truck and cherry picker, to move materials and finished goods between production and storage areas. You’ll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Ability to operate reach truck to heights up to 40 feet.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift less than 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, reach lifts, and cherry pickers, to transport materials between production and storage.
• Inventory organization, maintenance and tracking through the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counting and data entry of count results.
• Inspect inventory for defects and document in systems.
• Fill and check customer orders and hand off processed packages to carriers.
• Stage, process, package and ship material and orders accurately.
• Enter data in SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Collaborate with management across departments to meet objectives.
• Unload inbound material and assist carriers with deliveries.
• Adhere to 7s program and safety regulations.
