Job summary

FSI Inc in Lebanon, PA is seeking motivated individuals for full-time warehouse roles involving unloading/loading trucks, order picking, forklifts (Hi-Lo, pallet jacks) and basic math.

You will follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations, perform routine maintenance checks, and assist with shipping/receiving. A background check and drug screening are required before starting.

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with about 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating forklifts, and reach trucks preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of forklift operations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and shipping/receiving documents.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including Hi-Lo and pallet jacks, to move materials and products within the warehouse
• Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments and verifying incoming deliveries
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Unload bed loaded containers occasionally.
