Job summary

Ingram Micro Services LLC (IMSVC) is hiring an Associate II, Equipment Operations, to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced distribution center. You will support receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role involves moderate supervision and routine material handling tasks. The position requires forklift operation experience, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops or material handling.
• Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills; learn WMS.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers.
• Move, stage, replenish, and transport products.
• Support receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and report issues.
• Record inventory movements using RF scanners and systems.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and meet housekeeping standards.
• Assist onboarding of new teammates.
