Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a 3rd shift Forklift Warehouse Operator to keep materials moving safely and accurately in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will load and unload trucks, operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment, and perform inventory counts using RF scanners while following PPE, GMP, and safety guidelines. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials or finished goods.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment in warehouses, freezer, dock, and production areas.
• Move materials to production workstations, storage areas, and shipping/receiving locations.
• Use handheld RF scanners, complete inventory cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment, complete daily pre-start checks, and report damages or quality concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following PPE, GMP, and company safety requirements.

What You Bring

We are looking for dependable, safety-minded team players who are comfortable working around active production equipment and varying temperatures.

• Previous forklift warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, ride-on equipment, or similar material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
• Comfort using RF scanners and maintaining accurate inventory information.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including above shoulder height.
• Ability to work in cold/freezer areas, warm production spaces, and around powered moving equipment.
