Positions involve loading, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting with sit-down forklifts and stand-up tugger equipment. Shifts are Second Shift with overtime and occasional Saturdays; pay ranges from $18.72 to $19.15 per hour plus shift premium and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $18.72 - $19.15 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $28.08 - $28.72 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 when working Second Shift
• Schedule: Second Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm / Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
