Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Dekalb, Illinois is hiring a Warehouse Stand up Reach Operator to operate a stand-up reach forklift, perform picking, packing, shipping, and receiving duties in a clean, safe facility.

Schedule: A shift—Sunday to Tuesday, 5:15 am to 4:45 pm, and Wednesday 5:15 am to 11:15 am; Weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). On-the-job training and PTO accrue from month 1, with a company match on 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Be a team player in a diverse work environment.
• Be punctual with good attendance.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance guidelines and maintain accuracy in picking/packing and audits.
• Process day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, BOLs).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour
• Schedule: Three-and-a-half day workweek!

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
