NAPA Auto Parts in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, and stage product using power equipment, perform daily inspections, and move items to designated locations to support efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include receiving, putaway, order picking, loading, and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to OSHA safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months prior work experience preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math and ability to identify alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; perform daily inspections.
• Receiving/putaway: unload inbound shipments and store in proper locations.
• Order picking: pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading: move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Inventory: keep records and assist in physical inventories; ensure stock rotation.
• Safety/housekeeping: maintain a safe, clean work area and follow OSHA standards.
