Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to load/unload tires and auto parts using forklifts, stock inventory, and assist with controls. You will lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts for heavy tires. The role demands safety adherence and may include overtime.

Expect to operate scanners, assist other departments as needed, and work in a fast-paced environment in the warehouse setting. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Be on the move, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to policies and procedures.
• May assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
• Duties may include other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
