Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Minooka, IL is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators to support our fast-paced distribution centers. You will operate forklifts, pick, pack, and load shipments, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/ packing, auditing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse environment.
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
