Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support operations for a precision metal distribution client in East Granby, CT.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM | Full-Time

Duties: The Warehouse Associate role involves saw machine operation, light carpentry, shipping/receiving, and supporting general warehouse flow in a metal-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move and stage metal materials
• Use a saw machine to cut stock to custom lengths
• Build, repair, and modify wooden crates and pallets
• Label, wrap, and prep outgoing materials
• Track inventory and document shipments
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Forklift experience is required (certification ).
• Experience with saw machines or metal cutting tools.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Carpentry or crate-building experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active all day.
• Must wear jeans or work pants and steel-toe boots (boot reimbursement after hire).
• Basic English required; Spanish is a plus.
