Job summary

Golden State Foods – Opelika, AL is seeking a Warehouseman to support our 2nd shift. You will pick, pack and move product, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting received and shipped product, keeping the area safe and clean, following safety protocols, reading labels, and maintaining proper documentation such as bills of lading and inventory records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet safety, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select, pack, and move product to build customer orders.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack safely.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
