Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Independence, MO (Lee's Summit area) to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and ship products. You will verify incoming materials, stock efficiently, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Must meet PPE safety rules and lift up to 50 lbs. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving or inventory management.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and maintain a safe, accident-free environment.
