Job Description

Note from Hiring Manager:

• Knowledge of shipping/receiving, order picking, AS400, and carrier systems such as UPS and FedEx.
• 90-day contract with the possibility of permanent placement.
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, first shift.
• Pay rate: $13-$14/hr.

Job Duties:

• Pulling orders and processing shipments.
• Scheduling and processing UPS and FedEx ground shipments; working knowledge of LTL carriers and creating BOL using our system.
• Receiving all domestic and international orders, counting/validating stock, and placing items in correct stock locations.
• Basic computer skills to understand keyboard functions and processes.
• Using warehouse dashboards to schedule parcel shipping and pickups (FedEx, UPS).
• Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and organization within the workstation area and surrounding environment.
• Operating reach trucks and forklifts.
• Must be dependable and accountable.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hazmat certification (preferred but not required).
• Forklift certification highly preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
