Job summary

Paycom in Gainesville, FL is seeking a dependable Forklift / Utility worker to support daily manufacturing by safely operating forklifts, moving materials, and assisting with general utility tasks across the facility.

You'll follow safety policies, perform routine forklift inspections, and coordinate with production and shipping teams to prevent delays. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Move, stack, and stage raw materials, finished products, pallets and supplies.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Assist production, warehouse, shipping and other departments with general utility tasks.
