Job summary

ResourceMFG in Lafayette is hiring Entry Level Forklift Operators. Training is eight-hour days for up to six weeks (7am–4pm). Shifts run 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am, with flexible scheduling.

You will use SAP to move materials, document work, and participate in basic operations while keeping the plant safe and inspection-ready. Must have a valid driver’s license; pay starts at $18.50 with potential raises at 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience OR related pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail required.
• Strong troubleshooting experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Work with SAP system when moving material
• Documents work according to standards
• Learns and executes basic job operations
• Learns policies and procedures and applies them to the job
• Reads and follows Safety and Environmental guidance
• Maintains facility housekeeping to be inspection ready
• Performs transactions in SAP
• Performs raw material movements throughout the plant site
• Completes cycle counts of raw materials
• Helps prepare materials for shipments
• Helps investigate inventory discrepancies
• Completes building inspections and documents findings accurately
• Assists Evonik operators for processing tasks
