TOPREGAL U.S. seeks a mechanically skilled Forklift Technician in Houston, TX to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electric forklifts and other material handling equipment.

This role also supports warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safe equipment handling and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and using wiring diagrams and manuals to verify repairs.

Formación

• Mechanically skilled forklift technician capable of inspecting and repairing electric forklifts.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on electric forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and component replacements according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
• Use diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to identify faults and verify repairs.
• Inspect batteries, charging systems, controls, and related components within the scope of assigned training.
• Document inspections, troubleshooting findings, repairs, and parts used in the company ERP system.
• Identify unsafe equipment conditions and report issues requiring further evaluation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety procedures.
• Support receiving, shipping, order preparation, inventory organization, and product staging as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after completing required training and company authorization.
• Coordinate with team members to complete repairs and prepare customer orders on schedule.

Hours: 40 working hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break each workday
