Job summary

Florida’s Natural Growers in Umatilla, FL is hiring a Warehouseperson to manage inventory using forklifts and a WMS. You will load, unload, pick, pack, and stage materials, while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment and helping with shipments and stock counts.

The role requires forklift certification, attention to detail, and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification/operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, high-reach) required.
• Must pass Basic Skills Assessment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic computer skills and experience with WMS or similar inventory systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up/high-reach) to load, unload and transport materials.
• Perform routine forklift checks and basic maintenance.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment per orders.
• Organize inventory in the warehouse for easy retrieval.
• Use WMS to track inventory and update stock levels.
• Assist with receiving shipments and preparing items for storage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies.
