4over is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Arlington, TX to process and fulfill customer orders. The role requires forklift operation to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

The position is 1st shift with potential overtime; salary ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Training may occur at other times, and the company emphasizes a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years shipping experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Basic computer knowledge

Responsabilités

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring quantity and accuracy.
• Package, label, and weigh items for shipping with correct charges.
• Move product from staging to rail cars or trailers.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of outbound shipments and report variances.
• Stack and store merchandise properly.
• Complete required paperwork and records.
• Perform general housekeeping in work areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Report workplace hazards and incidents to management immediately.
• Attend department/company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
