Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming goods and merchandise; unpacks containers; checks for damage.
• Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores goods on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Picks, packs and dispatches outgoing goods; uses pick sheets to locate items.
• Loads trucks for delivery; may use pallet jack or forklift.
• Enters data into a database to maintain stock records; reports discrepancies.
