Construction Resources in Norcross, GA is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Receiver to join our day-to-day operations. You will lead by example, load and unload trucks, and ensure material is stored and organized according to standards.

The role requires lifting 50–75 lbs regularly, operating forklifts and reach machines, and working Monday to Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Join a team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
• Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure all projects and day-to-day work meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the Tile Warehouse Manager daily.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Organize and store material in designated locations.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets and wrap them for safe delivery.
• Aid in customer pickups and assist with container receipt processes.
• Work with the operations team to improve overall processes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
