Construction Resources, Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Receiver to join our team in LaGrange, GA.

You will lead by example, work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager, and handle loading/unloading inbound and outbound trucks, organizing material, and ensuring safe, accurate order fulfillment. This full-time role requires lifting 50–75 lbs, operating forklifts and reach machines, regular 7:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
• Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure all tasks meet company standards.
• Coordinate with Tile Warehouse Manager daily.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks promptly.
• Organize and store material in designated locations.
• Communicate material damage or inventory issues to management.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets.
• Wrap and band pallets for safe delivery.
• Assist in customer pickups when needed.
• Work with team to move large and awkward items.
• Support container receipt processes and system inputs.
• Collaborate with operations on process improvements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
