Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment, load/unload goods, and support shipping and receiving at our Zeeland, MI site. You will scan, label, and manage inventory while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires prior forklift experience, a valid license or the ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift operating experience.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Safety conscious with ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment (reach, slip sheet, push/pull, and drive-in pallet racking).
• Load, unload, and store products; stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels; complete paperwork and inventory system entries as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed and complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI/FDA and customers.
• Assist with housekeeping and other tasks as assigned by supervisor; report incidents.
