Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Michigan to safely operate powered industrial equipment, move, load, unload, and stack products to meet shipping and receiving demands.

This role requires a minimum of two years forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work is performed in a distribution environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift operating experience or more.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a forklift license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move and stack products for shipping and receiving.
• Load, unload, and store products; transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan product and print labels; complete paperwork and inventory systems as needed.
• Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts as required.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain an inspection-ready facility for audits.
