Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring immediately for a Forklift Reach Operator in Islandia, NY to help keep warehouse pick locations stocked and organized. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented workers capable of handling inbound products and relocation tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $22.25 per hour, paid weekly, with a $500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant warehouse experience or certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check out equipment and inspect before shift starts.
• Record inspections and report malfunctions or damages.
• Assign areas to receive daily tasks and verify product descriptions by SKU, lot, and code date.
• Complete inbound task lists and relocation paperwork accurately.
• Rotate products by code date and lot number as required.
• Keep aisles and pick locations clear of empty pallets.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Reach Operator to join our team in Islandia, NY. This position helps keep warehouse pick locations fully stocked and ensures inbound products are properly stored and organized. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22.25/hour, paid weekly
• $500 SIGN ON BONUS

• Full time schedule available, multiple shifts
• Located in Islandia, NY

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking out equipment
• Inspect equipment before the shift starts
• Fill out an inspection sheet and report any malfunction or damages immediately
• Reports to assign area to receive daily assignments
• Verify the correct description of product putting away or relocation by sku # lot and code date
• Writing correct and neat info on inbound task list and relocations
• Turn in all paperwork once a load is completed or relocation sheet has been filled
• Product rotation by code date and lot number depending of department
• All put a way on racks must be shifted where product ID are visible
  Keep all aisles and pick locations clear of empty pallets

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong commitment to customer Service
• Meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments.
• Good communication skills with client
• Relevant warehouse experience or certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
• Ability to work in a distribution center with varying temperatures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
