Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Processing Equipment Operator/Forklift Operator to safely load, unload, move, and stack products. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while keeping accurate records and following all safety protocols.

This full-time hourly role requires forklift certification with 1–2 years of experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a collaborative mindset suited to a busy facility handling dairy products.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified with 1–2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or material handling environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with processing, recycling, or feed-handling equipment a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (cGMPs) and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varied conditions (heat, cold, noise, odors).
• Willingness to wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
• Must be able/willing to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Must be able/willing to work around dairy products.
• Must comply with all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and facility hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport materials within the warehouse and production facility.
• Assist as a primary source for the day-to-day needs of 101 Plant Processing, including: Crushing, Baling, Cleaning, De-Packaging Finished Goods, Recycling, and more.
• Obtain 101 Fork Truck Certification.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage, optimize space, and maintain organization of goods according to Company processes.
• Clear production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.
• Learn and become efficient on various types of Company equipment and operating machinery.
• Assist in inventory counts and management by moving stock as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
