Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a reliability-focused warehouse associate for the 2nd shift in Portland, OR. The role involves forklift operation, packing/loading, cycle counts, and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure timely product delivery.

You will join a union facility with a collective bargaining agreement, working weekdays with weekend/overtime as needed. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
