Job summary

Employbridge is hiring a Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Elwood, IL and Joliet, IL. The first shifts offer early morning to evening options, with overtime potential.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, replenishing inventory, picking and packing orders, using RF scanners, and completing daily tasks in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Experience with Crown Stand-Up Reach or Stand-Up Counterbalance forklifts is required.

Qualifications

• Able to load/unload safely and efficiently.
• Experience with stand-up forklifts (Crown Stand-Up Reach or Stand-Up Counterbalance).
• Willingness to be trained on the other forklift type.

Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Location:Elwood, IL and Joliet, IL

1st Shift Opportunities Available:

• 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Replenish inventory within the warehouse
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate RF scanners to track and process inventory
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete daily tasks
• • Must be available for overtime during the week and on Saturdays

Equipment Requirements

• Must have experience operating Crown Stand-Up Reach or Stand-Up Counterbalance forklifts
• Must be proficient in at least one and willing to be trained on the other
