• Operate hand and power tools when needed to support outbound blocking and bracing to load out containers.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Joliet, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach forklift and pallet jack, reading work orders or receiving oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and good follow-up skills, ability to read and interpret general business documents, ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence, and the ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21/hour
