Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator for our facility in Fishers, Indiana. The ideal candidate will operate a sit-down propane forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Starting pay is $17/hour with a comprehensive benefits package. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at our Fishers location. Previous forklift experience and strong motivation are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.

• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying quantities against documentation.
• Prepare and stage orders for outbound shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for operating a sit-down propane forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience operating a sit-down propane forklift, communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong motivation.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17/hour

• Located in Fishers, Indiana
