Job summary

Tru Vue Inc., part of Apogee Enterprises, Faribault, Minnesota, is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support production flow and inventory organization. If you have forklift experience and take pride in accurate material handling, you’ll fit right in with our safety-focused team.

We offer a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) with competitive pay and a $1 shift premium. Training on our processes and inventory system is provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• At least one year of forklift operating experience.
• A good driving record and commitment to safe equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately.
• Attention to detail when handling materials, inventory, and paperwork.
• Dependability and a positive attitude as a team member.
• Willingness to learn new processes and assist in other areas when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production lines to keep operations running smoothly.
• Move, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Help load, unload, stage, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
• Track inventory movements using a computer or electronic inventory system.
• Check labels, packaging, and inventory information for accuracy.
• Keep work areas organized and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Work with teammates across departments to meet production and shipping needs.

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

We're growing and looking for dependable Forklift Operators to join our team in Faribault! If you have forklift experience, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in keeping production moving, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
