ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator in El Paso, TX for a temporary position with the 1st shift. The role involves safely operating forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory across the facility while supporting production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, transporting materials, staging products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Must be able to load, unload, move, and store materials accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing automotive manufacturing and distribution team. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility while supporting production and warehouse operations.

Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, transporting materials to designated locations, staging products for shipment, supplying production lines with materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Operators are expected to follow all safety regulations, inspect equipment before use, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
