• Ensure repair line employees have a constant supply of materials.
• Put away finished stacks of pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA regulations.

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, and stack pallets. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver repaired pallets to docks and fill tractor-trailer to order specification.
• Remove returned pallets from tractor-trailers and stage in a specific area or deliver to benches as needed.
• Work as a team with other forklift drivers throughout the facility.
• Ensure repair line employees and builders have a constant and equal supply of materials to repair and/or build with.
• Put away finished stacks of pallets.
• Move bins and empty cut-offs when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA regulations related to forklift operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of most recent forklift experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18/hr + weekly production bonus

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm - some OT available
