Job summary

Mutual Materials is hiring for a full-time forklift operator in Salem, Oregon. You will load and unload products, operate a forklift, and maintain yard and inventory while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires lifting 70+ pounds, working outdoors in all weather, and can involve overtime. OSHA forklift certification is preferred, and experience with masonry products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload Mutual Materials products safely.
• Hand-load customer vehicles as needed and assist with pallet breakdowns.
• Maintain yard and manage inventory; handle shipping/receiving documents.
