Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator in Nashville, TN for an in-person role on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday. You will ensure safe movement of loads and accurate handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Daily duties include inspecting loads, operating forklifts, loading/unloading materials, and securing products for transport to designated areas. We offer health insurance, weekly pay, a referral program, and an earned-wages-on-demand option.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail when handling materials.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure safe movement within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other lifting devices to transport materials.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and platforms.
• Secure products for transport and deliver them to designated areas.
